Patuti Return Policy


If you are not entirely satisfied with your Patuti purchase, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for store credit, which will be valid for 90 days. Subject to approval from Patuti team.

Please be aware that we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to return an item and obtain a different item or size, you will need to place a new order using the store credit received.

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return. This includes items purchased during a sale or promotion and bodysuits and swimsuit bottoms, all of which are considered Final Sale and non-returnable.

Furthermore, if an item is initially purchased at full price and then bought again during a promotional period, the ability to return the item purchased at full price and on sale is nullified.

We offer prepaid shipping labels for returns at a flat fee of $15 USD. It is important to remember that returns must be submitted within the 30-day period for acceptance. For returns initiated after this period, an invoice for the shipping fee will be issued to facilitate the return of the items to you. Following payment, we will ship the rejected items back. Unsettled invoices will result in the donation of items to local charities after 45 days.

Returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all tags attached. To avoid potential restocking fees of up to 15%, please ensure that the items are free from makeup or deodorant marks.

We do not provide price adjustments, and shipping charges are excluded from the store credit issued. Additionally, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like to receive a different item or size, you are required to place a new order using the store credit provided.
